Many mansions

In my Father’s house are many mansions; John 14:2

Apostle Matthew: The mansions Jesus was explaining about, what does it mean?

Who have the mansions?

Chukwudi: Those who made good efforts, who did very well in the race of salvation.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, how many times is the word?

How many times do you ask God about the mansion and remember it?

How many times do you remember what Jesus said about the mansions?

Chukwudi: I do remember it.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, during our time, ourselves do remember all the words that Jesus spoke to us, and all the promises that He made to us. Son of man, it made the Holy Spirit in us to become more and more radiant. And it gave us consolations and encouragements. Son of man, that is why it is said the word of God, which is the FirstSon, Jesus Christ… is light and strength. Many of the current ministers of God have forgotten all the things Jesus said and all the promises that Jesus made.

Themselves are making various efforts, on family problems and issues. Son of man, some are striving for what they shall eat today, tomorrow and in the future. Son of man, they are striving not only for the food for today, for tomorrow, for next tomorrow, but also for this and for that.

Will such a person have time for rest?

The Head: He will not have time for rest.

Apostle Matthew: Will he have time for ourselves, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven?

The Head: He will not have the time.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, themselves do not know that all these efforts which themselves are making for earthly things are just for a short time. Many of them shall make efforts, but themselves shall not reap the benefits, because they do not know the work which God has given to them to do, which work they have come to do here on earth.

The Head: Even so it is.

Apostle Matthew: They think that it is by striving, by making efforts. They think that all things depend on making efforts.

The Head: That is true.

Apostle Matthew: Many of them shall increase their monetary savings and acquire riches and wealth, but shall not live to enjoy the money and wealth.

Is it any benefit?

The Head: It is of no benefit.

About Mansions In Heaven

1.     In heaven, everybody has his own mansion.

2.     The state, condition, level or value of your mansion is determined by the following.

3.     Selfless services you rendered to people.

4.     How often you participate in true worship of God, by keeping the Sabbath, which God ordained on the Seventh Day after creation, and which Sabbath Jesus attended in Mathew, Mark, Luke and John.

5.     How regularly you participate in rendering services in the temple and house of God, by sweeping, by fetching water, by packing and setting chairs etc.

6.     How much support you give to God’s work, which support may be finance, services, connection, advice, suggestion, skill and so on.

7.     How regularly you pay your tithes of money, tithes of land, tithes of food crops, tithes of gifts, tithes of properties, tithes of possessions and tithes of earnings.

8.     And I add that in the kingdom of heaven, there is more than enough for everyone.

Parable Of The Good And Bad Mansions

A rich and wealthy man wanted to settle two of his servants, after many years of living with them.  Therefore, one day, he called the two, and gave each servant a large amount of money. He told them to go, buy land and built beautiful mansions for him. And the two servants left, each with a very large amount of money.

The good servant bought a very big land, used standard measures and the best quality materials in building a good mansion. He made the mansions very beautiful and magnificent. He provided all the essential things in the mansion, including the furniture, Internet and swimming pool. At the end of his project, a good amount of money still remained as balance. But the foolish and wicked servant went about embezzling the money entrusted into his care. Of all that he was told to build, he used very poor and inferior materials in building a mansion. At the end of his project, the mansion he built was meaningless and useless, and could not even withstand a strong wind or heavy rain. The building was so poor and bad that body would even accept it as a gift.

On the scheduled day of handover, the two servants came to their master to handover the keys to the houses. The good servant came forward, presented the keys to the house he had built, and also returned a large amount of money as balance. At the same time, the foolish servant came forward and presented the keys to the mansion he built, without any balance.

Then, the rich man looked at them for a while, and said, “Each person has to take the keys, because the mansions you were asked to build are for yourselves, respectively.” The good servant leaped up in joy. Then, he knelt down and thanked his master. But, the foolish and wicked servant became offended and dumbfounded. His face was cast down in disappointment and shame. With sorrows and regrets, he gradually left the master’s compound. He had squandered the huge amount of money given to him and has inherited a worthless mansion, which shall soon collapse. He wept bitterly, but it was too late.

This parable summarizes what a person does in the presence of God and in the name of God. Each time you are asked to do something for God, do so willingly and with purity of heart, and do so in the best way. If you refuse to do something for God, and keep yourself busy looking at people, doing what pleases people or avoid serving and working for God because others are not doing so, there is no problem – when you get to heaven, you shall see what you have done to yourself. In your mansion, all that supposed to be therein shall be missing, if at you are able to enter heaven.

Explanations Of The Parable Of Good And Bad Mansions

The parable of the good and bad mansions explains what the following people are doing to themselves and their future:

1.     All those who refuse to do God’s work with joyfulness and gladness of heart.

2.     All those who are not regular and active in doing God’s work.

3.     All those who disobey instructions and cause troubles in the house of God.

4.     All those who fail to pay their tithes and first fruits, who refuse to bring gifts and offerings to the house of God.

5.     All those who spend their time gossiping about and working against the regular and active ministers of God.

6.     All those people who are living selfish lifestyles, who spend their money and wealth on their respective families only.

7.     All those who refuse to obey the word of God and keep His laws.
